Amazon S3 services are experiencing issues with their eastern region services currently. Many of our products rely on this service, including email alerting, as well as some SkyWise API data. As a result you may see delays in receiving your products at this time.

Amazon is slowly making progress and we are now sending out email alerts again. However, there may still be delays in sending along with missing map tiles in the alert images as Amazon continues to work through their delays.
Skywise API data services should be returning as well, though again may continue to see delays until the issue is fully resolved.
