Weather Decision Technologies is excited to announce the roll out of our new trouble ticketing software on Monday, June 11, 2012. This software, provided by ZenDesk, is web based and can be accessed 24/7/365. Trouble tickets can be entered at any time and our trained staff will be here to attend to them immediately. Additionally, the software provides chat capability and email updates. We feel that ZenDesk will enhance our interactions with our customers and we look forward to working with you through it.
