WDT has been informed that our data center will be performing planned maintenance on Sunday, March 30 at 2 am Central (3 am Eastern) to replace routers.
This maintenance may affect access to virtually all products that are produced by WDT, including modeling services, web infrastructure, and feeds. We have worked with our data center partner to minimize the impact to our customers. Routers will be replaced one at a time to reduce outages. This may result in brief (up to 15 minute) periods when WDT servers are inaccessible.
Date/Time: Sunday, March 30, 2014 at 2:00am CDT
Timeframe: 2:00 am – 5:00 am CDT
Duration of Outage: You will experience degradation of service throughout the maintenance with a possible complete outage not to exceed 15 minutes for Internet connectivity and approximately 15 minutes for DNS services.
Description of maintenance: Upgrading border routers for improved speed and performance. Routine maintenance on DNS servers.
