Our ticketing system provider, Zendesk, is experiencing some latency issues in creating tickets from emailed support messages. Zendesk is aware of this issue and is actively working toward a solution. You can follow their support team here https://twitter.com/ZendeskOps. This is only affecting NEW requests.
If you have an urgent request, and do not receive an email response from the system within a reasonable amount of time, please call our support phone line at 1-866-429-5578.
