2018-03-26 430pm CDT -An update on today's super-res product latency: We've re-routed RadarScope products to use a different VPN tunnel between data centers. This seems to have resolved the issue, at least for now. We don't fully understand why the latency occurred on the primary tunnel, because we were using it and are continuing to use for a large number of unrelated products. We'll continue to investigate, closely monitor the situation, and take action as needed. Thanks again for your patience.
2018-03-26 12pm CDT - We're currently experiencing intermittent data flow issues for Super-Res (Level II) data. This is not affecting Base Level (Level III) products at this time. Our team is hard at work on a fix and we will update this message as we have more details.
